Welcome to EasyCardSell (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and EasyCardTech, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company organized in Wyoming, United States. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
EasyCardSell is a platform that sell gift cards. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 15 years old to use the App.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to engage in activities that harm, disrupt, or interfere with the App's functionality or security.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to financial transactions.

All content within EasyCardSell, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by EasyCardTech, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.

7. Payment and Settlement
We currently support settlements only in Nigerian Naira (NGN). If you do not have a valid Nigerian withdrawal method, you bear full responsibility for any consequences, including the inability to receive payments.
You are responsible for verifying and providing accurate bank card information. EasyCardTech, LLC is not liable for any losses or issues resulting from incorrect bank card details provided by you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, nor are we liable for any damages arising from its use.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to EasyCardSell at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, USA.
